In order to be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Once we receive the item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you as soon as possible.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange, including sale items and gift cards. Additionally, any items that have been damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
